What I like about the Zonerider product is how easy everything goes. In two months I have had only two inquiries from customers. One did not have a credit card to purchase access and another one whose CC was not accepted. This was easily solved by means of the Zonerider prepaid cards. I live in a small fishing town in Mexico which gets a fair amount of travelers. We rent bungalows and put in a small internet cafe. As more and more people began traveling with their own laptops we went wireless as well. Recently we added an antenna on our roof to broadcast our signal further.

With a very small investment, thanks to Zonerider, we now reach two other hotels, an RV Park and a cafe where we also installed a few pcs which run on the Zonerider gateway. Each of these locations are very pleased with the free account we maintain for them (as we have installed repeaters and promotions at each location). They understand the value added to the services they sell without the hassle of maintaining or paying for anything. So our client base is now growing rapidly, as we easily maintain the Zonerider gateway from a pc in our home.

The software is working flawlessly now that we have installed and configured it with the generous assistance from the support team. There were some Mexican peculiarities to be worked out and Levi's patience held out to the end through instant messaging, phone calls and remote access.

I was at the limit of the range of the hot spot here in Auckland Albany. I contacted the Zonemaster, and he put his antenna on a higher point so I could get the signal better. And it worked ! My signal is quite weak, but it's working good anyways and it's fast. Zonemaster said he was about to buy a better antenna to improve the signal. Cheers,
